I run my own business (copywriting, proofreading & editing; also hoping to move into motivational/business speaking). I spend a lot of my time at various networking events around the region and I love meeting new people and experiencing new things.

I play badminton (a lot; I should really be better by now!) and kickbox when I have the time, and also enjoy watching most sports, although I have been told off for shouting too loudly at rugby matches/at the TV...

I love to travel and am a bit of an adrenalin junky. I've developed a bit of a 'f*** it' attitude to new experiences and adventures. Life's too short to stay home and play it safe all the time; there's so much out there to try and to experience, and I don't want to miss any of it.

I'm busy-busy-busy, and loving it!
